My approach to building acoustic guitars is simple; craft one of a kind instruments that are beautiful to behold and function at the highest level for the musicians who play them while always striving for optimum tone. This results in highly responsive and balanced instruments that are a joy to play.
Each guitar I build is crafted to last generations with elegant design and simple appointments to accent the natural beauty of the wood from which they are built. From selecting the finest tone woods to dialing in the perfect setup, each guitar is built to inspire those who play it for years to come.
I built my first guitar in 2012 while learning from master luthier Sergei de Jonge in Chelsea, Quebec. When I’m not building guitars at my shop I repair guitars at Folkway Music in Waterloo, Ontario.
